Cooperation agreement with THOR Middle East

REHOBOT Hydraulics has signed a co-operation agreement with THOR Middle East for the distribution of its products in the Middle East and North and East Africa, based in the United Arab Emirates.

REHOBOT Hydraulics manufactures and sells high-quality high-pressure hydraulic pumps, cylinders and tools and has a history of industrial manufacturing in Sweden dating back to 1924.

THOR has the exclusive right to sell HIAB products in the region. Based in Dubai, the company serves many major countries in the region, such as Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Egypt and Algeria. THOR will have the opportunity to offer both new and existing customers in its area products from REHOBOT Hydraulics. THOR currently has a turnover of EUR 15 million and will have exclusive sales rights in the region to sell REHOBOT Hydraulics industrial and automotive programmes.

Kjell-Roger Holmström, CEO of REHOBOT Hydraulics, said: "This is a very interesting co-operation as THOR focuses on a geographical area where we have had very limited sales historically. Their wide network of contacts in the region complements our own customer and dealer network perfectly."
